Good evening. We have several payroll clients and I've been working on their w2's and have imported their payroll infomation from EZPay software into EzW2. I've got one payroll client where the payroll information does not jive with the W2 Info. There is only one employee so to me, it should be easy to find but I'm not having any luck finding the difference.

You may see this issue if ezW2 pulled the data from ezPaycheck before you completed the last paychecks of 2024.

Solution:

Please open ezPaycheck and review 941 and W2 forms.

- If you see matched data, please run ezW2 again and pull data from ezPaycheck.

- If you see the same issue within ezPaycheck, please contact us again.
