The software saves the information and updates the database, but will not print. If I try to print blank checks I receive a "Stream Read Error." If I try to print selected checks, nothing happens. This is not a good way to get started with this software.

I want to know if you have added any logo image or signature image to check. If yes, please remove them from check setup first. Mac machine cannot support some image files, such as .png file. If you can print a check without image, you can add the image later. Usually, you can use jpg and gif files.
