The background on the ezcheckprinting is now a black screen. Any idea why that has happened? I didn't change anything at all.

We have not seen issue before. Are you using ezCheckPrinting software  now?

1. If you restart your machine, will you see the same issue?

2. Or you can uninstall/reinstall ezCheckPrinting

- backup your data first
- uninstall ezCheckPrinting
- download the latest version from our site.
