Warning 1909

Some clients reported this installation error when they installed our software

. "Warning 1909: Could not create shortcut .lnk. Verify that the destination folder exists and that you can access it."

Solution:

It is a Windows issue. Such issue might be caused by the latest Windows update.

Step 1: You can click "OK" button on the error screen to complete the installation. (You may need to click the "OK" button several times.)

If you can run the application correctly, you can ignore this error and continue to run our software.

Step 2: If you cannot click the desktop to run our software, please uninstall the current version and reinstall our software. Hopefully you will not see this error again.
