Step 1: Open the check layout screen

Start ezAccounting software, click the top menu "Company" then "Check Layout" to view check layout screen

Step 2: Customize check layout with extra field



  • 1. select Custom Text 0 from dropdown list

  • 2. Check Visible option

  • 3. Enter the text you want to display on check

  • 4. Edit font type, size if needed

  • 5. You can use the mouse to select this new text field and move it to new location

  • 6. Save your changes
