ezAccounting Software: How to Edit the Current Check Number

With ezAccounting software, you can print professional checks on blank stock or pre-printed check paper. Here is the instruction about how to customize a field on check.

#1: Open the check layout screen

  • Start ezAccounting software, and then click the "Check Setup" button from the main panel, then click "Customize Check Layout" to view the layout screen.



  • #2: Select the field from screen

    You can select one field from check by double clicking it on check or you can select the field from the item picker list.



    #3 Hide one field

    After you select the field on check, you can uncheck the Visible option to hide one field. You need to click the Save button to save your change.

    #4 Change the font

    After you select the field on check, you can edit the font size and the font style. You need to click the Save button to save your change.

    #5 Change a field location

    After you select the field on check, you can use the mouse to drag and drop it to new location. You need to click the "Save" button to save your change.
