How to Generate Quote/Estimate in ezAccounting Software

You need to
  • set up your company
  • add customers
  • add products

    Step 1: Start ezAccounting application, click the short cut button "Estimate" to add a new quote or estimate.

    Step 3: Click the Save button to update



    Step 4: Print or Generate PDF file

  • Paper printintg invoice
    You can click the button "Print Estimate" to preview and print this estimate

  • Generate estimate/quote in PDF format
    You can also generate estimate/quote in PDF format and email it to customers.
