Thank you for your interest in our software. Below are the steps to use ezCheckprinting and QB for your purposes.
1. You need to set up company information inside ezCheckPrinting application for company A first. You can specify bank account, logo. You can also set up company b, c, d with different bank information and logo. ezCheckPrinting can support unlimited accounts.
2. When you print QuickBooks check, you will pop up windows to select the account. You should select company A if you need to print a check for company A
