I purchased and installed the W-2C software last night and prepared a form with corrections only to the Locality Correction Information section. I can see the numbers I entered on the green input page of the W-2C form. I clicked SAVE. I was taken back to the main screen and checked the box to select the only W2C form I have created, then clicked the Print Form button. The printed copy and the Print to PDF copy have none of the numbers I entered in Boxes 18 and 19. Help!

Hi Chris,

Thank you for using our Form W-2c software . Please make sure you have entered both Previous data and Correction data for box 18 & 19.

IRS Instruction:
Boxes 1 through 20. For the items you are changing, enter under “Previously reported” the amount reported on the original Form W-2. Enter under “Correct information” the correct amount. Do not make an entry in any of these boxes unless you are making a change. If you do not enter the correct amount for one field, ezW2Correction software will leave that field blank when printing form.

I'm having the same problem. I read the previous reply and double-checked my entries and still some of the fields are blank that should have figures in them. Some of the previous data is missing and in some cases the previous data and corrected data is missing.
