Are you using
ezPaycheck payroll software 2015 version now? Did you just get the error when printing checks? If yes, it might be printer issue.
1. you can power off both machine and printer, restart them and try to print checks again.
2. If you still see this error, can you try another printer?
3. Or you can download the latest printer driver for Windows 10 from the printer vendor site.
