I am inquiring about E-Z paycheck software. Does this include assistance with registering employees, payroll, monthly and quarterly reporting and annual tax return filing?


Furthermore, does it provide direct deposit assistance or is that a separate software?

Concerning, direct deposit, how does one notify the bank of the deposit to be made? I'm not sure how the software connects with the bank the deposit is being made to.

1. ezPaycheck can process payroll for employees and print paychecks.

2. ezPaycheck can fill out and print 941, 940, W2 and W3 forms. It also generates report to help customer fill out state and local forms.

3. If you need to deposit paychecks, you can use ezACH together with ezPaycheck. ezACH can generate the ACH file that you can upload to your bank to process transactions. However, your bank may charge you monthly fee for this ACH payment transaction service.
