I am looking for software to print the required ACA forms Employee and IRS. I can export our payroll info to Excel or CSV. Then I would like to simply import into software to print the forms. Also we have 400+ employees do you know if the IRS requires electronic filing or will they accept paper copies

You can print ACA form on paper for your employee. If you have more than 250 returns, you must file electronically to IRS.
