My ezpayroll software is 2016 version. How do I make the Form 940 include the Schedule A and report quarterly?

. Please pay FUTA based on form 940 calculation.

FUTA is employer side tax only. This change has no influence of paychecks to employees.


2. For future paycheck, please adjust FUTA rate inside ezPaycheck. I think your might enter a lower rate for last year.
