I am using the ez1095, 1095/1094 software package. I am trying to file the return with the IRS, but I am receiving an AIRMF 3005 error code - Error occurred in Form Status for Form Type. I passed all the validation tests before submission and I do not know what this error is or how to correct it.

Your TCC is probably still in TEST mode. You need to call IRS at 1-866-937-4130 to change the status to "Production"
