We have been working on submitting our 1095C electronic file. We have a
rejected file transmission - Duplicate UUID error / Error Code AIRMF3006
and AIRMF3014.

I just spoke with the IRS and they said we need to send another file with
the following changes:
1. The UUID in the manifest file needs to be changed
2. The transmission needs to be changed from O (original) to R
(replacement)

Can you send instructions on how we can process these changes through your
software?

You can NOT modify the XML manually. There is checksum field inside XML file. You must modify the forms and generate the new XML files with ez1095 software.

You can generate the a set of XML files for each company and then submit.
