Good Morning,



I have some questions regarding the ezCheckPrinting.

How much does it cost for both ezCheckPrinting and QuickBooks virtual printer?

What kind of blank check stock does it require and how much does it cost?

Does it require a special printer and special ink to print these checks?

If we have 5 different companies and each company has two different bank accounts, can all this be added to the accounts setup and can we chose what company and check account to use when we print the checks?

1. EzCheckPrinting and virtual printer bundle is $69 per installation per user. This version can support multiple company accounts on the same machine with no extra charge. So many CPAs like it.
 
2. You can use check-on-top or 3-per-page format business check stock. You can view it here

3. We suggest laser printer and MICR ink printer. The checks printed by ink-jet printer may be able to be scanned by ATMs and some groceries stores who are still using the old scanners.
 
4. Yes, ezCheckPrinting can support unlimited accounts. You can specify the account when you print the check.
