I mean send out pay check stub to email with whole deduction picture

If you have PDF printer driver installed on your machine or you are using Windows 10, you can print "Employee Payroll Detailed Report" into PDF file and email it. It may be easiest way. Or you can print pay stubs into pdf if you have PDF printer driver installed on your machine.




If you are not using Windows 10, you can find and download free PDF driver (or PDF convertor) from internet.
