Customer support,

I have employees that are inactive and have not worked this year and wont be back can I delete them? there info should still be in last years right if I need it?

Are you using ezPaycheck 2017 now? If you delete this employee, you will lose all his data in this account. Here are two options:

Option 1. Edit employee profile and change his status to Inactive. - we suggest it

Option 2. Backup your database to USB or other machine. Then remove this employee from the current account.
So if you need to access the previous data, you can restore your backup account to check it.
