have been thinking about using your Paycheck Payroll software & have two questions. I use Quickbooks for Accounting & Payroll that requires a yearly fee of $562 & a upgrade of Quickbooks every 3 years for $299. I can keep using quickbooks without Payroll forever without upgrades. To do my accounting all in Quickbooks I need to be able to enter the Payroll information from your program into Quickbooks either manually or download. Can this be done & is it fairly easy to do? Also for my future needs can your program do direct deposit? I have 4 employees & spending $662 a year to me is too costly. PLEASE RESPOND

1. ezPaycheck and QuickBooks

QuickBooks does not allow other software to write payroll data back to it directly. If you just need to track the running balance, ezPaycheck report feature will work for you. Many of our customers get the summary data from ezPaycheck reports and enter it into QuickBooks manually. I hope this solution can work for you too.

ezPaycheck can also export paycheck data and employee data into .csv file, then you can import into other software.

2. How to switch to ezPaycheck payroll software in mid year

You can enter the check data into ezPaycheck in two ways. So you can have all data in system and file the 941, 940, W2, W3 forms yourself.

4. Direct Deposit
Many banks can offer free wire transaction feature. If you just have 4 employees, contact your bank to check this feature.
