We installed your ezcheckprinting and virtual printer software. We cannot get it to print from the proper paper tray through the quickbooks program

Thank you for using ezCheckPrinting software with QuickBooks. Here are two solution for such tray selection issue:

Option 1. Set the check paper tray the default tray for that check printer.
You can change this properties from printer list.

Option 2: When you print QB check and you will see the print preview windows (step 3.4 in the guide below)

- Close this preview windows without printing checks. Then you will see ezCheckPrinting check list screen

- Select the check from check list and click PRINT button. Then you will be able to select the printer and choose the tray.
