I know how to customize the check stub layout in the ezcheckprinting software and I hit save, but the changes do not appear on the check stub? I have tried this repeatedly, but the stub will only show the company name and check number digits.

1. Are you adding and printing checks within ezCheckPrinting directly? If yes, you will see the stub changes.


2. If you are printing blank checks to fill in later, please follow the guide below and choose the "customized format" option in step 4.1

3. If you are printing QuickBooks check with virtual printer, the stub format is transferred from QuickBooks. Please modify the stub format within QuickBooks.
