I am using ezCheckPrinting and Virtual printer now. I want to print checks from QuickBooks online on blank stock, however, I got the error message "Index was out of bounds of array". Can ezCheckPrinting Virtual Printer support QuickBooks online version? I am using Windows 8 right now.

ezCheckPrinting QuickBooks version  allows both QuickBooks online and desktop version customers to print checks on blank stock. For QuickBooks online version customers, ADOBE or ADOBE compatible PDF reader is required to print checks.

The most possible reason is your machine do not have ADOBE reader installed. Most windows machines have ADOBE reader installed by default. However, if your machine does not have ADOBE reader installed, you may see this error.

Solution:
1. Download ADODE Reader
http://get.adobe.com/reader/ 

2. restart your machine

3. Print a check from QuickBooks again
