I bought ezPaycheck Payroll Software for my company. It didn't show tax form for Illinois. Plus how do I file form 941 for federal?

If you cannot see FUTA and SUTA in your report, there are two possible reasons:

1. The payment has reached the up limits.
For example: The FUTA tax applies to the first $7,000 you paid to each employee as wages during the year.

2. You did not set up FUTA and SUTA correctly.
