Good morning,

I am trying to install the ezCheckPrinting software for a user, and when
I enter the license key that was provided to us in our .PDF, it says "the
key entered was not a valid license key for this product".
Do the keys expire? She was using the software fine
on her old computer, but we recently gave her a new device and installed
the software, and this is what we get.

1. Please review this link instruction below to resolve the issue. The key code for different versions are different. If you purchased version 7 you will need to revert back to the purchased version using instructions below
