I have emailed twice now trying to get this issue resolved. I have 3
licenses for 3 workstations. The 2 new licensed workstations are having
the same problem, the word "Trial" is printing on all checks they print.
It isn't showing on the print screen but is printing out on every line on
every check.

I noticed you purchased ezCheckPrinting stand-alone version. Do you need to print QB checks with ezCheckPrinting? The license for ezCheckPrinting for QB version is different.
