We have an issue. The 1095C IRS ACA Forms are no longer due end of January. It has been extended to March. But the California ACA forms are still due end of January. In the past we have submitted the IRS ACA 1095c forms for California.
1) Can we still use the IRS 1095C forms for California. Or does California have their own format. If California has their own 1095C form format. Does EZ software support it?
2) Is there an easy way for us to meet the California requirements using ez1095C software?
