To whomI purchased a license for the ezW2 2023. I attempted to create a file for
upload to SSA and I received the following message

"*Please purchase license key for Efile to enable this function*"

Under "Install ezW2 (2023) License" where the key code was entered it
states:

"*You have already registered the key code*."
