We are looking to migrate from Quickbooks Payroll to in-house/no internet payroll program, which your software seems to provide. What I need to know is how updates happen, and how it interacts with existing Quickbooks pay records for the current tax year. What is involved in the migration process?

2. How to switch to ezPaycheck from QuickBooks payroll

- you can enter YTD data from Jan 1 to March 31 by using YTD feature

- You can enter the paycheck within ezPaycheck from April 1.

1. Software Update
We will send newsletter to our clients when there is a major change in ezPaycheck (ie: tax form change, tax rate change, new feature or others). Please do not block the email from halfpricesoft.com domain.

2. Switch to ezPaycheck from QuickBooks

Note:
- ezPaycheck can import employee list from QuickBooks.
- You can enter the YTD data manually if you will switch to ezPaycheck in mid-year.
- While QuickBooks doesn't allow other software to access its database, ezPaycheck cannot import the previous paychecks from QuickBooks.
