My client has a multi-user network license for your EzCheck software. We would like to use a common network folder for all users to get their data from. We have tried it in 2 different configurations and there are problems with sync and network connection issues with both setups.

Can you provide documentation on the best practices for setting up a network share to use EZCheck data across multiple clients?
