We're currently reviewing this for a client as an option to replace PrintChef in QuickBooks. They need to print checks with a signature on their pre-printed check stock from within QuickBooks. The signature needs to be password protected.

Is this doable. The demo version doesn't ask for a password and its also not clear that the exchecks quickbooks printer driver has the password protected functionality or that it can print a signature only on pre-printed stock.

Can you advise.

Step 1: Follow the guide and install both ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer

Step 2: Check account set up and printer test

Step 2.2 Please uncheck the option "Use blank stock" to fill in data on pre-printed check. Please also add your signature image in this step.

If you can print a check with a real printer (NOT virtual printer), continue to step 3.

Step 3: print QB checks with virtual printer.

2. Note: The password protection feature is available for multiple-user version. The trial version does not support it.
