Is this something that has been resolved since and how do we enter this
information to flow through to Box 14 on W2s?

2) You can see vacation and sick payments on paystub and reports.

3) If you company offers PTO plan and need to track sick hours and vacation hours, please follow this guide.

You can track the PTO hours automatically or manually.
