We plan to use HalfpriceSoft ez1095 Direct e-File to submit our 2024 1095-C and 1094-C forms. We have approximately 100 1095-C forms to file. If there is an error after submitting forms to the IRS, do we need to pay for resubmitting all the forms, or just the amount for the rejected forms? For example, if 2 1095's are rejected do we pay for 2 or 100?

You just need to pay the forms you need to correct if you receive the "Accepted with errors" status.

For example: You filed 100 forms, two forms are with errors. You just need to purchase the efile service for 2 forms.
