looking for affordable payroll software. We have 1099 misc employees and regular w2 employees. need something that can do payroll for three separate entities and capabilities to add more. We are a small business with only about 25 employees between the 3 businesses. want to be able to print W2 and 1099 to tax purposes also tax forms for payroll taxes for federal state and local. What would be a good combination of software to get or is there one that can do all of this? We are getting quickbooks for our accounting use but did not want to pay the monthly fees for their payroll. is the software compatible with quickbooks? If it is will it be easy to transmit the information to quickbooks for accounting purposes?

5. ezPaycheck can print 940, 941, W2 and W3. However, if you need to print 1099 form too, you can use ezW2 software  together with ezPaycheck software. ezW2 ($39) can read data from ezPaycheck and print W2, W3, 1099-misc & 1096 forms.
