1. Are you the administrator of your local machine? Or do you have enough permissions to install new software on your machine?
If not, you can ask the administrator in your company to install it for you or give your more permission.
2. If you are the administrator, some settings on your machine may not be correct. Please check this solution
- go into c:\users\"username"\AppData\Local\ then right click on "temp" and choose "properies".
- Choose "security" --> edit --> add, and add the username you are using, and give yourself all rights.
- Then try to download ezCheckPrinting again.
