We are glad to know ezPaycheck works well for you. We hope you can use ezCheckPersonal too. Most check scanning issue is caused by check format. For example, some bank required special characters before, behind or around bank account number.
- If you still have the old check from bank, you can compare micr encoding line of the old check and new check.
- If not, can you send/fax us an image of the denied personal check? We are glad to review it here. For safety, you can mask partial account number.
