If I purchase ezAccounting year, do I have to pay it again in next year?

Thank you for your interest in our software. ezAccounting is released each calendar year with updated tax tables. If you do not need the payroll or tax information updated you will not need to repurchase the software yearly. If you are only using it for the accounts payable, accounts receivable you only need to purchase it one time.
