How do I record a payment for EFTPS in this payroll program so that my 941 shows the payment as being made and not due? Payment was made in QB

ezPaycheck payroll software does not support this feature.

If you need to track expense and income, you can use ezAccounting and Payroll software. EzAccounting software will allow you process payroll and tracking account balance.
