We need a payroll software to use with Intuit QuickBooks. I downloaded your ezPaycheck software and printed some checks. Can this payroll software import data into QuickBooks? Do I have to purchase the key code to unlock all features?

QuickBooks does not allow other software to write payroll data back to it directly. If you just need to track the running balance, ezPaycheck report feature will work for you. Many of our customers get the summary data from ezPaycheck reports and enter it into QuickBooks manually. I hope this solution can work for you too.


ezPaycheck can also export paycheck data and employee data into .csv file, then you can import into other software.
