Your ezCheckPrinting software has been working fine for me for a year. Question today: How do I clear memory of prior print requests to remove error message in printer\status window "Error: 6 jobs waiting to be printed"??? Thank you very much!

Thank you for contacting us. Do you need to clear printer Queue?

-Right click on the lower left corner of the screen.
-From the menu select Control Panel.
-Select Devices and Printers.
-Right click on the printer icon, select See what's printing.
-From the print queue window, select the Printer menu, then select Cancel All Documents.

You can also google by "How to clear the print queue" to find more information if your computer or printer settings are different. Or you can also contact your printer vendor for help. This is not ezCheckPrinting issue.
