We are using the ezPayCheck Payroll Software. Our CPA noticed that the additional amounts employees that elected to have withheld from their checks, $10 in each case, isn't actually being withheld in the software.

You can test it easily by adding a paycheck with the extra tax and a paycheck without the extra tax. (You do not need to save the check. You can just review the information on screen).
