  4. How do I pay boss his annual salary?

In ezpaycheck I need to pay the boss his annual salary. He gets one big check on the last day of the year. When I tried to do that on the 31st I couldn't get it done. Can you help me enter this info so the EOY totals for the company are correct. Thank you

ezPaycheck does not support yearly pay period. Here is my suggestion:

1. You can add 12 paychecks for each month without printing check.

2. Use the MISC check to issue only big check to him. You can find YTD net pay amount from the last Dec paycheck.
