I am a pastor with a housing allowance. The housing allowance is deducted from my income in box 1 on W2. will the federal taxes taken out adjust automatically to the deducted income in box 1 or do I have to manually do it?

also, How do i input info into box 14 on W2?

Please use the MISC check feature for housing allowance payment

When you file W2 form, you can use ezW2 software with ezPaycheck. ezW2 can read data from ezPaycheck and you can edit the box 14 to add housing allowance payment.
