Hello:
We downloaded your program for single user, for quicken 2018. We followed the instruction on line, the system will not communicate with quicken . We have tried everything,everything else works. When we print a check it just has the pay to and amount. We are printing information from quicken.

Step 1: Can you install both ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer on your machine with no error?

If you are not the administrator or a user that has permission to install software on your
machine, you can ask your IT to install ezCheckPrinting and Virtual printer for you.

Step 2: Can you print a check with a real printer from ezCheckPrinting application?

Step 3.1 Can you see ezCheckPrinting QB driver from printer list?

Step: 3.2 Did you select the voucher format?

Step 3.3. If you have not ordered the license, you use DEMO version

Step 3.4 Can you see the pop up windows to select account and printer?

Step 3.5 Can you print preview a check?


If you still see this issue, please let us know:

1. Quicken Version: 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 or others?

2. Your PC: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista or others?

3. Are you printing QB checks from your local machine or remote server?

4. In which step you see the error and the detailed error message? (ie: invalid QB check error in step 3.4, cannot find QB printer in step 3.1 or others)
