Hi,
I got your both subscription ezPayCheck and software. I am
facing the following problem please advice me what should I do.

I processed my employee paycheck in th ezPayCheck software but I want to
need some corrections in the pay check please advise me.

In your ezPayCheck software there is no edit option to fix the error.

but in your ezCheckPrinting software there is an option Edit so I tried to
open that check to edit but it is not opening that check in this software
to edit the check
Please payroll check edit is very important for me please advise me what
should I do.

1 As a precaution, please back up payroll data first.

2. If you just need to edit check number or memo field, you can follow this guide

3. If you need to edit dates, amount or taxes, you must delete the check(s) and add the check(s) again. (Note: Editing a paycheck directly may mess up tax calculations.)

Steps:

1) Please start from one employee

2) Print the check(s) to have a hard copy in case you need to refer

3) Remove the check(s)

4) Add the check(s) in order.
