I am using the 2022 ez1095c and experiencing XML error with individuals who never had coverage for the entire year with a single code.


I originally had these individuals in the Part 3 "Covered Individuals". Then the XML created and validated. However IRS accepted with errors them out stating that if the individual wasn't covered, they should not be on Part 3. I removed Part 3 for them since even with all marked as false and now can't get an XML file that will validate.
