Thank you for your interest in our ezW2 software.

1. Yes, ezW2 software will work for you.

- ezW2 can support 1600 forms with no problem. Some of clients file more than 10,000 forms each year.

- You can import data form .csv file, generate the efile document to federal and CO state.

2. ezW2 will be available in September or October each year.

- After SSA publishes the new guide, we will update our software, submit them to SSA for approval and release the new version.


- You can print paper forms when ezW2 is available in Oct.


- Federal and state will start to accept 2023 efile document in December.
