I am interested in the ACA ez1095 Software.

I wanted to confirm that we would be able to e-file an amended 1094-C only using the software? We are planning on amending just the Form 1094-C, not the 1095-C. Wanted to make sure we could do this without any 1095-C information in place?

Also, is a software license required for this? How much would the cost be? We are planning on submitting two amended 1094-C's for 2021 and 2022.
