ezAccounting includes both payroll and bookkeeping feature. ezAccounting can support multiple accounts also.

- they have different teams to handle accounting and payroll.
- they think ezPaycheck is easier-to-use for payroll. And they do not want to update ezAccounting each year. They just update ezPaycheck.
