If I bought your W-2 software for 2023 would i be able to transfer 2022 Company and Employees files for 2022 from Adams software?

ezW2 can NOT import data from Adams directly.

1. Can you export your data from Adams to .csv file?

2. If yes, you can follow the guide to import data?
