We are interested in purchasing the payroll software. It showed that we
can upload employee information.
In addition to the presumed information that can be uploaded, such as name,
address, salary/hourly rate, SSN, can the biweekly amount of
health/dental/403B/FSA, etc be uploaded and they stay in the database for
the next payroll?
Can one employee receive both a salary amount and an hourly amount (we have
people who are salaries but do some afterschool care in which they would be
paid hourly). This would need to be on one paycheck. Are titles of
additional pay text fields, and how many are there? We have people who are
paid for being a mentor or a building tech or receive stipends for other
pay - can these all have their own titles and be detailed on the paystub?
